When debugging the air compressor factory, adjust the specified pressure and set the differential pressure according to customer requirements. For example, the compressor starts running and injects air into the air tank. When the pressure reaches 10 kilograms, the air compressor stops or unloads.

The motor directly drives the water ring compressor, causing the crankshaft to rotate, driving the connecting rod, causing the piston to undergo reciprocating motion, causing a change in cylinder volume.

Due to pressure changes inside the cylinder, air flows into the cylinder through the intake valve and the air filter. During the compression stroke, the cylinder volume decreases. Therefore, compressed air acts through the exhaust valve and enters the air tank through the exhaust pipe and one-way valve. When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7MPa, the pressure switch will automatically stop.

When the pressure of the gas tank of the water ring compressor drops to 0.5-0.6MPa, the pressure switch will automatically connect.
