Therefore, when using the product, we must strictly control the impact of its water temperature, so to prevent the water temperature from being too high, we must do the following: If the water temperature is too high, the water will inevitably evaporate, and the negative pressure condition will further aggravate the occurrence of evaporation, causing the water ring vacuum pump to generate too much water vapor. In this way, the water ring vacuum pump inhales too much water vapor and rarely inhales the outside, resulting in a very low degree of vacuum in the system. There are two main factors for the high water temperature, one is that the temperature of the water supply is too high; the other is that the water temperature rises during the working process. 1. Lower the temperature of the water supply; 2. Keep the water inlet and outlet channels unobstructed, especially the water outlet channels (two drainage holes at the bottom of the pump body) must be unblocked at any time, and must not blindly block or reduce the flow area; 3. Adjust from the process to reduce the temperature of the working material of the main engine as much as possible to reduce the suction temperature of the water ring vacuum pump. When the water ring vacuum pump responds to the situation that the water temperature is too high, we need to take different measures according to different reasons. For example, the more direct way is to reduce its water supply temperature, which is one of the simple and effective methods, but If the water temperature is not high, then we need to make corresponding improvements according to the specific conditions of the water temperature.
