ZJQ Series Air-Cooled Roots Vacuum Pump

ZJQ series air-cooled Roots vacuum pump automatically circulates and cools the rotor and pump body with the help of external cooler. The pump can work continuously under very high differential pressure without thermal overload, and discharge directly into atmosphere. The pump has many advantages of ordinary Roots vacuum pump. It can be used in series with the fore or be used alone. When the pump is used alone, the pump can be cooled directly by the low temperature atmospheric at the outlet of pump instead of using the cooler, and the pump can obtain a ultimate pressure of about 130hPa.

It is widely used in conditions of high-speed of air exhaust conditions where the pressure is not high and the pumping speed is high, or where clean oil-free vacuum is needed. Besides, the pumping unit is also applied in power plant and chemical industries.
