ZJP Series Roots Vacuum Pump

The ZJP series roots vacuum pump with relief valve (hereinafter referred to as roots pump) realizes the function of vacuum pumping with a pair of "8"-shaped rotors, which rotate synchronously and reversely with each other. When the suction chamber is formed between the rotor and the pump body, the two rotors remain sealed with each other to ensure that the gas from the outlet could not flow back to the inlet to achieve exhausting. Because there is no friction in the pump chamber, the Roots pump can run at the speed of 1500-3000 rpm without lubrication. There is a built-in relief valve between the inlet and outlet of the pump. When the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet reaches set value, the relief valve opens automatically and some of the gas from the outlet flows back to the inlet through the valve, greatly reducing the operating load of the Roots pump and the fore vacuum pump (hereinafter referred to as the fore pump) under high differential pressure. At the same time, because the open relief valve has a strong discharge function, it can ensure that the ZJP series Roots vacuum pump with relief valve and the fore pump can start simultaneously without overloading, and can increase the pumping speed of the Roots pump unit under the inlet pressure.

The ZJP series roots pump is widely used in all fields of vacuum extraction. It extends the working range of oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump under low entry pressure, which has the characteristics of small volume and large pumping speed. Specifically, it has large pumping speed under the entry pressure of 1~100Pa, especially suitable for vacuum systems which need large pumping speed under low entry pressure such as power transformer, power capacitor, vacuum drying of power transformer, vacuum impregnation treatment, vacuum heat treatment, exhausting of vacuum smelting, pre-pumping of vacuum coating equipment, pumping of large-scale test wind tunnel and exhausting of lamp production line, etc. Equipped with suitable fore pump, Roots pump are widely used in vacuum distillation, concentration and drying processes in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and textile industries.
