1. Double-suction mid-opening pump built-in seal lubrication structure: The pump has a built-in seal lubrication structure, and the seal circulating water is more direct and useful for the lubrication and flushing of the pump seal system.
2. The middle-opening pump has a beautiful appearance: the straight-line appearance and the addition of strong ribs on the pump cover, the built-in sealing and lubricating structure makes the overall structure of the pump seamless, and the flexible structure design makes the pump more compact and elegant.
3. High power: CFD is used to calculate the fluid dynamics, analyze and calculate the pressure distribution and velocity distribution in the pump, optimize the flow channel plan of the pump, ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the power of the pump. The pump body adopts the double flow channel design to reduce the radial force. The pump body, pump cover, impeller and other over-current parts are made of resin sand board model, which ensures the appearance and flow channel standard as well as the hydraulic power of the pump. The power of CZOW series pumps is 3-5% higher than that of ordinary double-suction pumps.
4. High balance precision: The dynamic balance precision of rotor parts is G1.0 grade.
5. Shaft: The shaft is short and rigid, and the shaft diameter is increased to extend the service life of the bearing and mechanical seal. The shaft is a fully sealed structure, which ensures no contact with the medium, no rust, and long service life.
6. Double volute: The high lift pump adopts the double volute structure, which reduces the radial force.
