Before the slurry pump is assembled, check and clean all parts to check whether the parts meet the requirements of use. If they are damaged, they need to be replaced with new parts before assembly.

The bearings used in zj slurry pumps are generally domestic bearings, and the lubrication system is thin oil.

1. Precautions for bearing assembly

①It is necessary to use bearings certified as qualified by inspection;

②Check the bearing inner diameter, outer diameter, width, and parallelism of both ends of the raceway;

③ For angular contact bearings and double-row self-aligning bearings, check the bearing clearance respectively, find out the center of the ball raceway, and decide whether to add pads and the thickness of the pads according to the height of the inner ring relative to the outer ring. gap is determined. The radial thrust bearing shall not be installed in reverse;

④When assembling a detachable (separated inner and outer ring) bearing, it needs to be installed according to the alignment marks of the inner and outer rings, and must not be installed in disorder;

⑤For bearings assembled with adjustable heads, the numbered end should be turned outwards during assembly for easy identification.
